Order Processing
We work to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after confirmation.
Shipping Confirmations & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you don’t see your confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
While we work with trusted carriers, delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control such as weather or service delays.
Shipping Costs & Timeframes
We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery timelines vary based on your selected shipping method and location.
Delivery Details
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Packages are delivered without a required signature unless selected at checkout.
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We want you to feel confident in your first Nue Phase purchase.
Try your first pair for 30 days — if you don’t love it, you can return it for a full refund.
Applies to first-time customers on one item only.
Standard Returns
Eligible items purchased at full price may be returned for a refund if:
- Items are unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are attached
- Original packaging is included
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return.
The following are final sale:
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Items purchased during promotions or at a discount may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.
We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for your records.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To receive a different size, color, or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
